Pragasen Naidoo
Mr Pragasen Naidoo of 2020 was
appointed PetroSA Group CEO at the beggining of 2020., Prior to this move he was
the Group Chief Operations and Business Development
Officer at the Central Energy Fund (CEF), a holding
company of PetroSA. He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and a MSc in
Engineering , he has 18 years’ experience in the petroleum industry
spanning the areas of Human Capital Development and Management,
Technology Development and Engineering, Capital Project Execution, Business
Development and Operations. Mr. Naidoo also had extensive exposure to the
local and international business environments.

Nombulelo
Tyandela
National
Diploma in Internal Audit; B. Com; B.Com (Hons); CA (SA)
Ms Tyandela joined PetroSA in January 2006 working as a Senior
Internal Auditor in the office of the Chief Executive Officer. In 2008, she
joined the Trading, Supply & logistics Division as the Head of the Back
Office She was later approached to act at the Chief Audit Executive in April
2017 and was later appointed on the permanent basis on the same position. She
was appointed to the role of Acting Chief Financial Officer in September 2020.
Nombulelo is an active and practising member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountant, Institute of Internal Auditors as well as Tax
Practitioners.
Her working career began with an insurance company in 1994,
Norwich Life, and she later joined the then Caltex (now Astron Energy) before
moving to Mossel Bay to work for Mossgas (PetroSA). In 1998, she joined
Deloitte where she completed her training (articles) requirement toward her
qualification for her CA (SA). On
completion of her training contract, she joined Internal Audit Department at
Engen Oil Petroleum before returning to PetroSA in January 2006.
Ms Tyandela is currently a member of the Board of Cidb
(Construction Industry Development Board) and Chairperson of Cidb Audit Risk
and Governance Committee. She is also a Council member for West Coast TVET
College and a Chairperson of the TVET’s Audit & Risk Committee.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (GCOO)
Kholly Zono
BSc(Hons)Chemistry, MBA, BTheol
Mr Zono holds a BSc Honours degree and Masters of Technology
degree in Chemistry as well as an MBA and a BTheol degree. He worked
as a Lecturer and Research Associate at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan
University. He joined PetroSA as a Research Scientist in 1998 and
has served in various internal roles such as a Chemist, Scheduler, Production
Planner and LP Modeller, Planning and Optimisation Manager. Mr Zono has also
held key roles in strategic projects; these include Master plan development,
representing PetroSA on various engagements with the Department of
Energy. He has acted in the role of Vice President: Operations from June
2014 until October 2017 and in November 2017 Mr Zono was
appointed Acting Chief
Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (i.e. combined role) until
November 2018.
He was appointed to the position of COO in January 2018 a position that he holds to date.

ACTING VP: NEW VENTURES MIDSTREAM
Thabiso Manne
B Chemical Eng, BSc
Chemistry, MBL
Mr Manne has been working in the Petroleum and Chemical Industry
for more than 22 years. He started his career at Sasol where he worked in
Research and Development, Technical Support and Operations Management.
After joining PetroSA in 2009, he was assigned to the team
tasked with the development of Project Mthombo, a project to build a crude oil
refinery in Port Elizabeth. He subsequently assumed the business
development responsibilities for projects in the New Ventures Midstream
division. He also contributed to key national energy policy initiatives such as
Cleaner Fuels and the National Integrated Energy Plan. Mr Manne is a member of
the Boards of GTL.F1, PetroSA’s Joint Venture technology company, as well as PetroSA
Ghana.
He currently the,
Acting VP Midstream, a role he assumed since January 2019.
ACTING VP: HUMAN CAPITAL
Omphile Mohapanele
B.Admin, BA Hons
Mr Mohapanele has over 20 years’ human resources generalist experience gained in industries spanning the mining, cement and lime and petrochemical industries. He graduated with a Bachelor of Public administration degree from the University of the North West. He also possesses a BA Honours degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of Cape Town.
He has also held the position of Human Capital Client Manager responsible for the Operations Division.

TRADE SUPPLY AND LOGISTICS
Odoi Paul Qabaniso
Chibambo
Certificate Strategic
Management, Dip (Marketing), MBA.
Mr Chibambo has more
than 39 years’ of experience in the downstream business. Before joining PetroSA
as the Business Development Manager for the Sub- Sahara, he was the Trading
Manager at BP South Africa responsible for the trading and strategy in BP
Integrated Supply and Trading Division.
He brings extensive
experience in the downstream having spent 28 years with the BP Africa region
which included 16 years in the Retail and Commercial business where he was
responsible for sales and marketing. He served as Regional Head of Logistics
covering Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe where he successfully developed a regional
supply strategy for the inland markets for BP Africa. The last 12 years in BP
he served in various trading roles within BP’s Integrated Supply and Trading where
he successfully developed BP’s Trading business in Africa and implemented a new
business model which supported the transitioning of the management of BP’s
Trading business from Europe to Asia
He was appointed as
the Acting VP TS&L in December 2018.

COMPANY SECRETARY
Marlene Khumalo
BProc., PGD (Taxation), Admitted Attorney
Ms Khumalo served in the Potable and Wastewater sectors for more
than15 years.
She has experience in, among others, Company Secretariat, Legal,
Compliance and Risk Management. She commenced employment at PetroSA in
September 2018 in the position of Group Company Secretary.
